The Honourable Ian Gray
Ian Gray served as acting Justice of the Supreme Court of the Northern Territory in 1991, 1994, 1995 and 1998.
Justice Gray served with the Royal Australian Naval Reserve from 1943 to 1946 and was a Barrister-at-Law from 1951 to 1968.
Justice Gray was appointed as a Judge of the County Court of Victoria in 1968, a position he held until 1977 when he was appointed as a Justice of the Supreme Court of Victoria.
Justice Gray was a Member of the Workers Compensation Board in Victoria from 1972 to 1975 and was Deputy Chairman of the Industrial Appeals Court from 1973 to 1975.
Justice Gray has been Chairman of the Australian Day Committee of Victoria since 1982 and continues to serve as a Reserve Justice of the Supreme Court of Victoria.
