Percy Joske served as an additional Justice of the Supreme Court of the Northern Territory from 1961 - 1977.
Justice Joske graduated with a Master of Laws and Master of Arts from Melbourne University.
Justice Joske was appointed as a King's Counsel in 1944 and was editor of the Victorian Law Reports from 1936 - 1956.
Justice Joske was the member of the House of Representatives for the Division of Balaclava in Victoria from 1951 - 1960 and was Chairman of the Commonwealth Immigration Planning Council from 1959 - 1960.
Justice Joske was President of the Australian Royal Life Saving Society from 1951 - 1979, a Member of the Australian Constitution Review Committee from 1956 - 1959 and a Member of the Council of the Australian National University from 1956 - 1960.
Justice Joske was made a Companion of the Order of St Michael and St George in 1967 and Knight Bachelor in 1977.
